I tried to purchase this vehicle with the least amount of "options" as possible.
My previous car was a 1994 Camaro M6 that I converted to an SS clone.
For this car I wanted to have more of a "stripper" type car. Less options
means more money for modifications. I also wanted to get an automatic this
time because they are easier to drive fast in the quarter mile. The launch
is easier for someone like me with little racing experience. I waited too
long to purchase this one, they had already quit making them so I had to
search. I wish I could have found this one
with no t-tops. They are an expensive options and I hardly use them.
Another goal for this car was to be as fast as a 2002 Corvette Z06 for
half the price. With my current modifications I have achieved that goal.
